Assistant to the Managing Director

As an executive assistant with a focus on finance, legal, and organization, you will play an important role in the successful corporate organization of the SQUER Group. Apply and take responsibility for a variety of tasks in a young, motivated team!

Your tasks:

  • You take care of our receipt management and accounting, the communication with our tax consultant, and the preparation of financial reports
  • You are responsible for contract management, and you will communicate directly with our customers to do so
  • You prepare necessary information and documents such as the annual financial statements for our shareholder decisions
  • You take over research activities and prepare decision-making bases for our management based on your results
  • You lead the office management team for our locations in Munich and Vienna and support company-wide communications
  • You organize internal events and company trips and sometimes support marketing in the preparation of marketing documents or external events
  • You take care of our business trips, coordinate appointments, prepare meetings and take over telephone management

Your qualifications:

  • You have initial professional experience in the administrative area or an assistant position and have a commercial/organizational education (e.g. HAK, business administration, etc.)
  • You have a strong understanding of business and a high IT affinity
  • You are fit to use digital tools and have excellent MS Office skills
  • You have a structured and precise way of working with an eye for the big picture, attach great importance to quality, enjoy working in teams, and describe yourself as organized, creative and independent
  • You are loyal and with integrity, you work solution-oriented, and you keep a cool head even in stressful situations
  • You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken) in order to communicate in the best way possible with colleagues and partners
  • Training and further development of your skills are highly important to you - moreover, you enjoy passing on acquired knowledge
