As an experienced “PeopleOps professional”, you'll play an important role in shaping the future of SQUER. You are responsible for setting up our people operations and supporting our team in developing their potential and dedicating yourself to their work with motivation and a lot of fun.

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for our recruiting and take over the applicant management (from the initial approach to the employment contract to the creation of technical accounts) – you also search actively for talents and engage recruiters
  • You'll create stunning job ads that potential candidates just can't overlook, and place them on the most effective platforms and our career pages
  • You partner with universities on our behalf, participate in career fairs and develop new formats and events to attract the attention of the best candidates
  • You develop ideas and concrete measures for our employer branding and implement them together with marketing
  • You take over responsibility for our personnel management system, keep all data up-to-date and develop the system further
  • You prepare payroll accounting and take care of data maintenance
  • You take care of the onboarding process and the organization of hardware and software for your colleagues
  • You are the contact person for labor and social law issues, further develop our internal regulations (such as the operating rules) and take care of the communication with authorities
  • You will further develop our benefits and support all SQUER units in all aspects of personnel development

Your qualifications:

  • You have relevant professional experience in the field of human resources or related professions and have a degree in business administration/human resources or an equivalent HR education (e.g. HAK, business administration, law, etc.)
  • You have a strong understanding of business and a high IT affinity
  • You are fit to use digital tools and have excellent MS Office skills
  • You have a structured and precise way of working with an eye for the big picture, attach great importance to quality, enjoy working in teams, and describe yourself as organized, creative and independent
  • You are loyal and with integrity, you work solution-oriented, and you keep a cool head even in stressful situations
  • You are fluent in German and English (written and spoken) in order to communicate in the best way possible with colleagues and partners
  • Training and further development of your skills are highly important to you - moreover, you enjoy passing on acquired knowledge
