We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider.

Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymized (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This allows a rough localization only.

The contract with the web analytics provider is based on the European Commission adequacy decisions (USA: 'Privacy Shield').

The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal regulations of § 96 Abs 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (justified interest) of the DSGVO.

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (justified interest) is to improve our offer and website. Since the privacy of our users is highly important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

The user data is stored for the period of 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection of your data stored by us.
